Our Commitment to You
At Floorscapes Northwest, we want you to love every rug and carpet you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Our return process is straightforward, fair, and designed to give you complete peace of mind with every purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item has not been installed, altered, or washed
- The item is in its original packaging (or securely repackaged)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is available
Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or that have been cut, trimmed, or modified are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-cut or made-to-measure carpets and rugs
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
How to Start a Return
Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at info@floorscapesnw.com or call +1 503-665-7630 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2 — Receive Your Return Label Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. No printing fees, no out-of-pocket shipping charges.
Step 3 — Pack & Ship Securely pack the item in its original or suitable packaging and attach the return label. Drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location listed on your label.
Step 4 — Confirmation Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email and process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and processed within 10 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please let us know when initiating your return. We'll do our best to accommodate exchanges based on current inventory availability.
If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be charged only the difference. If it is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@floorscapesnw.com. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. You will not be asked to return a damaged item in all cases — we'll advise based on the situation.
Restocking Fees
We charge no restocking fees. What you paid is what you get back on approved returns — no deductions, no surprises.
Return Shipping
For standard returns within the 30-day window, return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid label for all approved returns within the contiguous United States.
For returns due to customer preference (wrong size selected, change of mind), the prepaid label covers the cost and no charges are passed on to you.
